Freedom Floral

In the midst of all those animal paintings I had been creating, I began to feel like my artwork was getting “tight” and loosing it’s expressiveness. So, I took a blank canvas, let go of all expectations, and painted whatever came to me. This painting is the result. It is heavily textured, with vibrant color and loose palette knife marks.
